Favorite: UGG Wrin Slippers

Living in central Texas, this may make me a complete wimp; but, I LIVE in UGG slippers.  I work mostly from home and our floors get cold.  When the floors are cold, my feet are cold, and that makes me cold.  It can be 65 or 70-degrees outside, and I’m still frozen inside.

I’ve owned an embarrassingly large number of UGG slippers because I need different styles for slipping on quickly and for quick trips outside… right?  Yeah, probably not.  Plus, I have been so comfy in my slippers that I’ve forgotten to change out of them before leaving the house.  Enough times that I now keep a pair of emergency flip flops in my car.

For me, a simply luxury that I use every day is worth the expense if it’s something that helps keep my spirits and productivity up.  I have found myself changing from slip-ons to loafers more times than is probably reasonable because slip-ons are so easy, but loafers are more practical for stepping outside to take the dogs out or climbing on a step ladder.

This winter, my favorite UGG loafers and favorite UGG slip-ons both wore out around the same time.  I took a quick look online and found the perfect blend of my two favorite styles… a low heel slipper to cradle my feet in pure shelling coziness that’s easy to slip in and out of with the bonus of a less clunky sole, which if I’m honest was really beginning to frustrate me with my older styles.

These are great for slipping on out of bed to get me to the kitchen for coffee and many days I never take them off until I need to leave the house.  I literally forget I’m wearing them (yep, emergency flip flops are in place) and I don’t have to slip out of them to get on a stool or running up or down the stairs.

I was not paid in any way and did not receive these slippers in exchange for my review.  I honestly just love these UGG Wrin slippers and wanted to share them with you as my Friday Favorite!

The sweater version is sold out as of this post, but other colors are still available:

Chestnut | Icelandic Dusk | Black |  Icelandic Navy

This style did run at least a size smaller than my other UGGS.  I went a full size larger than usual based on reviews and was glad I did.  They were still tight to get into at first, but I gave them a few days wear and now they are perfect!
